What is Lady Saree Return Policy?

Our “100% Customer Satisfaction Program” allows for easy returns and refunds for:

  • 1. Products that you received in the “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition.
  • 2. Products not as per description/photo on the website.
  • 3. Products that you may not like for quality, color, and design-related issues.

How to Return an order?

1. ” Customer has to Handle Return courier process by Customer him/her Self  through ANY LOCAL COURIER COMPANY”

2. If Customer Want Return.

   ( Send Return Parcel to us on our Address by Customer him/her self )  & Return Courier Charges will be payable by the Customer and also Refund Process Charge 200/- will be deducted from the product amount   ( Shipping Courier Charge  Will Not Refund On Refund Product Amount. )

Important Note :

We must find the courier within 7 days of delivery, after 7 days we will not accept the courier.


डिलीवरी के  ७  द्दिन के अंदर हमे कूरियर मिल जाना चाहीये, 7 दिनों के बाद हम कूरियर स्वीकार नहीं करेंगे।

 When We receive Courier, In 3/4 Days We Are Transfer Money To the Customer`s Bank Accounts Through NEFT.

(Write your Bank Account Num. & IFSC code on Paper & Keep that paper Inside the Return Parcel Package With ORDER SLIP.)
